May is Celiac Awareness Month!

Recently, I have found myself offering a lot of gluten-free advice to co-workers and students.  In fact, one co-worker even suggested I start gluten-free life coaching on the side! While I'm not quite ready for a new adventure like that,  I would like to honor National Celiac Awareness Month (May 2012), with reflections on my journey to diagnosis, favorite recipes and products, challenges, celebrations, resources and favorite gluten-free stories. Stay tuned to the blog for a month dedicated to all things gluten-free (and probably a few photos of LJ, too!).

Mr. Personality

At LJ's 15 month doctor appointment the doctor asked us, "is he a little dramatic?" We giggled and proudly replied, "yes!" During his 15 month photo shoot the photographer called him Mr. Personality as he ran around the house looking for a ball! Here are a few photos that capture him in action!
