What does, "On the Cusp of the O" mean?

We don't know. The quote is originally from JLO's cousin who repeatedly informed him one night at a family wedding that he was, in fact, "on the Cusp of the O." Days later, we asked her what it meant and she didn't know. Or remember. But as we thought of names for this blog, we thought this is truly appropriate. We are on the cusp of a wonderful new adventure.
